It works a little differently in bike and differently in cars.

Bikes

For Bikes, Engine oil has to be changed after 500kms MANDATORILY.

For Cars Engine Oil has to be changed after 1000 kms MANDATORILY.

This is only for first time after installation. After that engine oil life doubles.

Post Engine oil change your vehicle will reach its optimum mileage of between 60% to sometimes even up to 100% more mileage. 

The reason for the same is that there are a lot of hydro carbon deposits in the engine which first get cleaned and flushed out into the engine oil. As the carbon deposits flush out, mileage enhances gradually.

For bikes after 500 kms it is mandatory to change the engine oil.

For cars after 1000 kms it is mandatory to change the engine oil.

This is a onetime activity only and needs to be done only once after installation. Post that, you will need to do your engine oil change after double the time than usual.

Example if you replace your vehicle engine oil once every 2000 kms before installation of Energy Evolution ADP kit, now you need to replace it once every 4000 kms because the viscosity of the engine oil will not change for longer durations as there is minimum wastage.

RTA approval is required when the base fuel of the engine is being altered. For Example when a petrol car is running on LPG or CNG, One is changing the base fuel. RTA needs to be notified in this case.

In the case of ADP technology, we are running the vehicle in the base fuel, which is petrol or diesel and enhancing the mileage on that directly. Hence RTA does not have any involvement. They have provided us with a No Objection Certificate for the same.

Before Installation:

For Cars

1.Battery should be in good condition.

2. Airfilter should be clean.

3. Tappet settings and valve settings should be ok.

4. No Cranking / knocking Sounds.

5. Spark plug and plug wires should be in good condition.

6. Air Filter Rubber Boot should not be brittle. As rubber grows old it tends to get brittle. In some cases we may have to replace it. The cost of the Airfilter rubber boot is usually between Rs.100 to Rs.500.

For Bikes

1. Battery should be in general good condition. If the battery is over 1 and a half years old, it needs to be checked.

2. Battery Rectifier should be in general good condition.

3. Milometer should be working for mileage testing results.

4. Your bike or car spark plug should be in general good condition for the best results.

5. Air Filter should be clean.  

6. No Black smoke emission on high acceleration. Black smoke indicates engine repairs.  

7. No Cranking or Tappets sounds. 

8. Air screw should be present and should not be jammed.

After Installation

1. Engine Oil should be changed after the first 500 kms run with NEOPLATRON Mileage kit (For two wheelers). Engine oil to be changed at 1000 kms for 4 wheelers.

This is a one time excercise. After the first engine oil change, as pollution or unburnt fuel wastage is almost NIL, Engine oil needs change once every 4000 to 6000 kms instead of 2000-3000 kms.

2. Refill of Plasma Liquid should be done every 10000 kms. Quantity of refill is approximately 50 ml.

For Cars the amount is Rs.500 and the amount of Plasma Liquid is approx 50-150 ml every 10000 kms. If refill not done in 4 wheeler kit at 10000 kms, system auto shuts down. Hence its compulsory.

*** Please note: Refilling NEOPLATRON  ADP kit with any other Liquid apart from what we provide will damage the kit permanently. Please do not refill the fuel cell with any other Liquid available in the market.

Warranty on the product will also be Void if any other Liquid is used which we can easily identify during our warranty lab tests for replacement warranty.

Incase the kit is not functioning, we will be removing it and sending it to our Laboratory and getting it tested to find the reason for failure. This procedure could take 7-14 days.

Post all the tests, if there is a manufacturing defect, the customer will be handed a New NEOPLATRON MILEAGE kit component / parts

Warranty is Void if:

1) There is tampered or if there is an attempt to open the kit by unauthorised personnel. It will be easily identified. So please do not try to repair or open the kit.

2) Any other Liquid is filled in NEOPLATRON MILEAGE kit apart from what is provided by us. A lab test will confirm if any other liquid was refilled.

3) The product is broken due to external impact.

4) If the Fitment is not done by a trained and authorized personnel of NEOPLATRON team.

5) Warranty One Year or 18000kms which ever is earlier

For Two wheelers including mileage tested it will take 2 hours.

For 4 wheelers it will take 1 1/2 hours.

There are a couple of methods to check mileage.highway . 

NOTE:- To Get The Nearly Accurate Info About AVG please Follow The           Procedure , Once Your Level Comes To Reserve Pls Note Down The Reading And Fill 5 Lts Of Fuel And Drive The Vehicle Till it Comes To Reserve , So kms Driven Divided By 5 Ltr Equal To Your Average. Same Procedure Repeat For Highway. To Get The Best Results.

2/. Pls Check Fuel Test After 4 - 5 Full TAnks For Better Results With Equipment 

3/. Do a full tank and drive for 100 kms and then full tank again. Repeat thrice and take an average.

4/..Run you vehicle till it stops completly. This procedure can be used only in petrol bikes and cars. Please do not attempt on diesel vehicles. Its not recommended and can damage the fuel pump.

If Route if fixed

a). Fixed amount filling and observing how many days the fuel lasts. It should be done on same route, preferably during the same time of day. (As traffic varies and could change the mileage).

b.) Total amount spent per month on a fixed route.

Specific Fuel Consumption is single attempt to check the mileage like in point number 3 &4 mentioned above.

Average is the consolidation of a few days or weeks or a month like point a & b. 

SFC will alway be more than average.

Universally only 60% of 1 litre of Diesel or Petrol is consumed by the engine. The latest Euro 4 vehicles are the most efficient with 65-68% combustion efficiency.

Out of 100% of 1 litre if 60% is consumed what happens to the rest of the fuel?

Two things happen.

1. It either comes out of the exhaust pipe as smoke or pollution.

2. It gets deposited on the piston head as Hydro Carbon Deposits.

With time, these hydro carbon deposits slowly depreciate the efficiency of the vehicle and its performance.

NEOPLATRON MILEAGE KIT  does 3 main things.

1. It combusts the 40% which was otherwise going as unburnt fuel wastage.

BABO stands for Battery Analyzer Battery Optimizer is a Anti Sulphation device which supresses sulphation deposit formation on battery electrodes.

A battery usually dies within 2-4 years, reason is sulphation deposits. If sulphation is prevented, then a battery life can be enhanced upto 12 years.

Sulphation is the common cause of lead-acid battery failure which can now be prevented by adding BABO to your battery. The newer the battery is while installing BABO, its life span increases to the maximum extent.

Suppose you install BABO into a new battery, there is no existing deposits and no future deposits of sulphation, so it can last between 9-12 years.

Suppose you install this when a battery is already 2 or 3 years old, based on its condition when BABO was installed it can last a additional 1-8 years.

The reason a specific number cannot be arrived at is because one doesnt know the inner condition of the battery. But the good thing is BABO can be removed from old battery and added to the new one which you buy next time too.
